Land register and property: Add a recent land register extract, any available court valuation, plans, photographs and documents on the use of the property. Section 141 Enforcement Act governs the court valuation and also identifies elements of the report.
Financing and balance: The loan agreement, current balance statement, correspondence with the bank and written arrangements together show the owner’s economic position.
Open case-specific questions: Who uses the property? Are there co-owners, leases or current discussions with the bank? The Owner role hub and Owner checklist guide the next review points.
