Auction
Checklist buyer

Order the file as a buyer

This list separates court documents, personal financing and personal ceilings so that no blending happens at the hearing. It does not replace a case examination.

Before any possible participation an orderly sorting pays off. This list names typical points without pre-empting market value, winning bid or award. Legal status: 11 July 2026.

The list stays local in your browser. Submissions do not preserve any deadline.

Work through the points at your own pace. Print and reset via the buttons.

Legal framework

Basis of the judicial real-estate auction is § 133 Enforcement Act. The valuation refers to § 141 Enforcement Act; the notice follows § 146 Enforcement Act. Consequences after the auction are narrowly linked to § 237 Enforcement Act. This list contains no value judgements.

This checklist gives a general orientation on Austrian law and does not replace a lawyer’s examination of the individual case. Legal status 11 July 2026.
