Judicial auction
Judicial auction of a real-estate object by the enforcement court on the motion of a creditor with real-estate security.
The judicial auction is a formal enforcement proceeding that realises a property in court. The statutory starting point is § 133 Enforcement Act. It is strictly distinct from a freely negotiated purchase and from general debt collection.
The three roles on this portal (owner, creditor, buyer) each have their own file basis. No statement on individual deadlines, award prognoses or lump-sum fees is made without a file review. Legal status: 11 July 2026.
